You won’t want to miss out on all the fun festivities we will have in honor of Willard Stone during the 2nd Annual Willard Stone Day. This festival is “Celebrating Local Artists”, and there will be local artists from all over demonstrating their skills.
All exhibitors will need to register below.

LOOKING FOR EXHIBITORS
Set-up Time: Friday, October 31st, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Show Time: Saturday, November 1st, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm
Exhibitors need to bring their own chairs.
APPLICATION DETAILS:
This is a sculpting festival. All exhibited items must be hand-crafted by the exhibitor.
Applications should be received no later than September 1, 2024.
All show applicants are requested to submit pictures representative of their work and their booth setup with their application. The Show Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any application and/or display, and is the final authority on all show policies.
ARTWORK FOR SALE:
Sales are permitted. THE WSM TAKES NO COMMISSION ON SALES. Sales tax is the responsibility of exhibitors. If you do not possess an Oklahoma tax permit, you will be required to submit a tax report to the Oklahoma. Tax Commission. WSM will provide the form and instructions in your exhibitor packet.
DEMONSTRATIONS:
Exhibitors are encouraged to demonstrate their art in their booths where possible. Exhibitors will be given times for their demonstrations by the committee, and times will be posted for the public.
